5. To make gel; add to blender RATIO: (2:1 ratio) 2 part cleaned & soaked sea moss : 1 part water ratio– blend until smooth pudding texture (blend for 30 seconds-2 minutes)
6. Store Gel in a container & KEEP REFRIGERATED!
7. How to eat gel: Add 4 heaping tablespoons to your smoothies, teas, coffee, nut milks, stews, soups, or simply eat spoonful. For best results, eat first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
