Shipping
Shipping Information In-Stock Items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the address is verified. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary depending on the location of your shipping address and the shipping carriers handling. If an item is not in stock, we will notify you via email and it will ship as soon as it becomes available. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding observed holidays within the United States. Typically, it takes 3 business days for an order to be shipped.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All sales are final. We currently do not accept any refunds or exchanges.

Perfect Purpose Cellular Food respects the privacy needs and concerns of our customers. That is why we handle any personal information, such as your name, address, email address or phone number (“Personal Information”) that you provide to us with utmost care. To earn your trust, we respect your privacy in handling Personal Information relating to you and your transactions with us. This Privacy Statement describes the Personal Information we gather about you, what we do with it, the safeguards we have in place to protect it, and how you can control our use of it. By using the Sites, the user agrees, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by this Privacy Statement. When you provide Personal Information at our Store, our Call Centers, and our Web Sites, you are consenting to the manner in which Perfect Purpose Cellular Food will collect, use, disclose and otherwise manage your Personal Information, as set out below.
Who may use the sites
The Sites are not intended or designed to attract users under the age of 18. We do not collect Personal Information from any person we know to be under the age of 18. If you are under 18, we ask that you not send us any Personal Information.

Shopping at Perfect Purpose Cellular Food
When you purchase products and services at our Stores, you can do so anonymously when you pay with cash. If you use a credit or debit card for any of your purchases, we will collect your credit or debit card information and keep a history of your purchases. We use this information to process your orders and to better assist you when you visit or call us. We may also ask for your zip code as well, to help us improve our product and service offerings to your area.
Third-Party Payment Processing
When you make purchases on our Sites, we process your payments through a third party application, including Helcim and/or Elavon. The third party application may collect certain financial information from you to process a payment on our behalf, including your name, email address, address and other billing information.
When you return previously purchased merchandise or request a refund or exchange, you may be asked to give your name, address, phone number and show information that identifies you, such as your driver’s license. We collect this information to help prevent fraud.
Call Centers
When you call our Call Centers about a product, delivery, billing question or for customer service, you may be asked for Personal Information that identifies you along with additional information we need to help us promptly answer your question, such as your name and address and a phone number where we might contact you. We may retain this information to assist you in the future.
Site Registration
Registration is an optional service provided by our Sites. You do not have to register to browse on our Sites. You may checkout as a guest if you wish to do so. When you register, you are asked for information such as your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, a password that you select, and your interests, if you choose to register them. Your registration information may be used to help make your online shopping quicker and easier, by pre-filling certain parts of your shopping information. When you register you will have the opportunity to sign up for future marketing information from Perfect Purpose Cellular Food.
Direct Mail or Email
Individuals who provide us with Personal Information, or whose Personal Information we obtain from third parties, may receive emails, newsletters, mailings, or phone calls from us with information on our products and services or upcoming special offers/events we believe may be of interest. You have the option to opt out from this communications.

When you ask a question, participate in a survey or enter a contest or sweepstakes at a Store, a Perfect Purpose Cellular Food sponsored event or through our Sites, we may collect your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. We may use Google Analytics and Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting to collect information regarding visitor behavior and visitor demographics on some of our Services, and to develop website content. We will not disclose your Personal Information to anyone except for our affiliated businesses or services providers. Access to Personal Information by Companies that Work with or on Behalf of Perfect Purpose Cellular Food

Information Sharing Disclosure Requests If you are a California resident, you have the right to request one Notice of Information-Sharing Disclosure per year which will identify the third parties with whom Perfect Purpose Cellular Food or any of our affiliates has shared the Personal Information we have collected from you. Visiting Our Sites
In general, you can visit our Sites without telling us who you are or providing us with any information. From time to time we may modify or amend this Privacy Statement in order to comply with new laws or regulations or to reflect future changes in our business practices. Any changes in our policies will be communicated in this page so please check back on occasion. We also may post a notice on our Sites or send an email describing the changes.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Generally, buyers pay additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please understand that this is standard practice among e-commerce stores and other retailers.
We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs are. Additionally, contact your custom’s office to learn about specific restrictions, licensing, or special provisions on the import of your goods.
We create the shipping label and fill out the commercial invoice and other customs forms appropriately to expedite customs clearance. In these documents, we include a full description of the goods (i.e., what it is, what it’s used for, the ingredients and the country of origin) and the value of the goods. If, however, you are asked this information please make sure to include all details possible to reduce the risk of customs delays or holds impacting delivery.
We understand that some countries heavily restrict the shipment of dietary supplements and some others place restrictions and require additional permits from the importer. Each country has a different custom agency with specific laws and requirements that unfortunately are out of our control. We would love to be able to ship Perfect Purpose Cellular Food products and spread this knowledge without restriction to each and every corner of the world, however, international laws do not evolve as fast as commerce does and this significantly impacts our reach.
